A bit about us:

We are a growing, boutique advisory firm serving entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-net-worth families through an integrated approach to tax, accounting, wealth management, and financial planning.

Rather than operating as a traditional accounting firm, we bring multiple areas of financial expertise together under one roof. Our clients benefit from a coordinated team that understands both the immediate tax picture and the broader financial strategy behind it.

As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced tax professional who can contribute beyond tax preparation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, handling complex business and individual returns, and serving as a trusted resource when tax matters require communication with the IRS.

Why join us?

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing advisory environment where your CPA or EA credential will have meaningful impact.

You will work alongside an experienced team and help expand the firm's tax capabilities while taking on greater responsibility for client matters and IRS communications. This is not a role where you will simply prepare returns and pass them along. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise across preparation, planning, client service, and tax resolution.

We offer:
  • Hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid CPE and professional development
  • 401(k)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Casual dress environment
  • Bonus opportunity
  • Opportunity to work with entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Exposure to tax planning, wealth management, entity structuring, and broader financial strategy

  • Work across a variety of entity types and individual tax situations
  • Assist clients with tax planning and identify opportunities to improve tax efficiency
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding tax preparation, planning, notices, and other tax matters

  • Serve as an additional firm resource for matters requiring CPA or EA-level representation
  • Collaborate with other accounting, tax, and advisory professionals to provide coordinated client solutions
  • Assist with entity structuring and other tax advisory projects

  • Provide a high level of accuracy, organization, and client service throughout the tax engagement

What We're Looking For
