Senior Tech PM - Process & Systems Transformation (SAP S/4HANA)

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Tech PM - Process & Systems Transformation (SAP S/4HANA) for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, partnering with business and client stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of strategic programs that enable digital transformation and operational excellence.
• The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, enterprise infrastructure projects, cloud technologies, and project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise client and business transformation programs.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities, timelines, and organizational objectives.
• Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, budgets, resource plans, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with executives and senior business leaders to define project objectives, scope, funding requirements, and success measures.
• Facilitate project steering committees, governance reviews, and executive status meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of business, infrastructure, cloud, SAP, cybersecurity, and application development resources.
• Drive project execution utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solution delivery.
• Lead organizational change management and communication activities to support user adoption and business readiness.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Track project performance and provide regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and external suppliers.
• Facilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, and resolution of project roadblocks.
• Maintain project repositories, documentation, lessons learned, and compliance with PMO standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices across the organization.
• Coach and mentor project team members while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of Technical Project/Program Management experience
• Proven success leading SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams
• 8+ years of Technical Project Management experience
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated success delivering SAP S/4HANA programs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects and programs.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments, including:
• Networking
• Firewalls
• Virtualization platforms
• Cloud technologies
• Infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Experience managing projects involving application development, software integration, infrastructure deployment, and business process transformation.
• Expertise with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and executive presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading geographically distributed and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Aerospace & Defense environments.
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Experience using Planview or similar PPM tools.
• Experience managing enterprise process transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
• Experience serving as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager within Agile environments.
