Our Team:

Our Fixed Income Data team is responsible for the timely and accurate publication of new bonds being brought to market and updating its data through the lifecycle. Responsibilities also include developing automated pipelines for ingestion and publication of data, enhancing our primary markets dataset, and finding opportunities to expand our data product offering through client engagement. Our team works closely with internal consumers of our data including the News, Evaluated Pricing, and Index teams. We also heavily collaborate with our counterparts in Product, Sales & Engineering.

What's the role?

We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to help build and maintain relationships with banks, third parties and industry groups to ensure the high quality, accurate and consistent acquisition of corporate bond data. You will apply strategic thinking and client understanding, working with our technical partners across Data and Engineering, to solve problems and continually looking for opportunities to improve the value of our corporate bond data offering. You will be responsible for looking for new content partners and opportunities that will enhance and complement our dataset. As an experienced member of the corporate bonds group you will be expected to help mentor and develop other members of the team.

We'll Trust You To:

  • Understand financial markets and client needs to help drive the new issues data product strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with content partners and consumers to ensure market leading coverage and depth of corporate bond data
  • Contribute to the design and development of automated solutions for data ingestion, standardization, ETL, and enrichment
  • Collaborate with our technical partners across Data and Engineering to develop our API offering and showcase to clients
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of external partners and internal departments including Engineering, Product and Sales on strategic product development and execution
  • Define, measure and manage impact of your work using statistics and data visualization tools
  • Build quality data workflows to verify and validate third party data
  • Communicate with impact, ensuring relevant information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences, including senior executives

You'll Need to Have:

  • 5+ years of fixed income market experience in either buy-side or sell-side role with a strong understanding of primary market data processes*
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly to modify and improve processes and workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical processes and solutions to business partners and management
  • High attention to detail and degree of shown decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a multi-functional team environment
  • Proven ability to influence others and lead change

We'd Love to See:

  • Experience mentoring and teaching data and client management skills to others
  • Agile/Scrum Project Management experience
  • Experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikSense

Salary Range = 90,000 - 125,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
