Position: Senior Technical Account Manager
Location: Remote US
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Technical Account Manager at Xactly Corporation, you will be part of a high-performing team that shapes the future of customer success by managing a portfolio of production customers. You will serve as a Strategic Advisor, collaborating with customers to facilitate crucial decision-making to optimize business processes and foster high product adoption.
You will be responsible for:
Strategic Advisory: Participating in the customer’s planning process and collaborating to drive sustainable growth.
Technical Excellence: Leading and implementing plan configuration changes in Xactly Incent and coordinating configurations for the entire Xactly SPM Product Suite for up to 10 customers.
Implementation Management: Driving the project delivery lifecycle, encompassing requirements definition, documentation, system configuration, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Escalation & Advocacy: Acting as a primary point of contact for escalations and serving as the advocate on the Customer’s behalf within Xactly Product Management.
Lead and Mentor: Overseeing the work of others as a functional lead, mentoring new hires, and identifying process gaps to raise the bar for the team.
THE TEAM
Xactly’s Professional Services team is a mix of consultants, compensation experts, and sales professionals from a plethora of industries including SaaS, consulting, financial services, and management consulting. They’re a group of driven, highly motivated, self-starters who have the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fluid start-up culture. Client interactions will typically be at the Director level and above at companies who expect a high level of customer service.
THE SKILL SET
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Business Analysis, or related fields.
Domain Expertise: Prior experience with the Sales Performance Management (SPM) domain is required; compensation domain background is preferred.
Product Proficiency: Prior experience implementing Xactly Products (Incent, Connect, and Extend) is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SDLC, RDBMS data structures, and database concepts. Strong SQL development skills and experience with programming languages within a business application.
Leadership: Ability to work independently as a functional and engagement lead, overseeing the work of others while driving customer outcomes.
Soft Skills: Outstanding service-orientation with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

There is no expectation of approval for an international relocation for this job.The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills.
A reasonable range estimate is $112,000 to $140,000 plus bonus.
