\nDev Technology Group is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams delivering mission-critical solutions for our federal clients.
\nThis position combines technical business analysis with Scrum leadership to ensure successful software delivery throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The successful candidate will serve as both the lead business analyst and Scrum Master, partnering with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, testers, project leadership, and clients to define business needs, facilitate Agile delivery, and ensure high-quality software solutions are delivered on time.
\nYou will translate complex business needs into technical requirements, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and foster collaboration across technical and business teams. This role also provides opportunities to mentor team members, improve delivery processes, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.
\nYou thrive in this role if you enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology while leading Agile software delivery.
\nYou are equally comfortable facilitating Sprint Planning as you are documenting requirements, creating user stories, supporting testing activities, or working directly with customers to solve complex business problems.
\nYou understand how software is built and can communicate effectively with developers while ensuring business stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
\nThe ideal candidate has experience supporting modern software development efforts using technologies such as React, Node.js, GitHub, AWS, and Agile project management tools including Jira and Confluence.
\nYou possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the confidence to ask thoughtful questions that uncover business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions. You enjoy mentoring others, improving team processes, and helping Agile teams become more effective with every sprint.
\nCompensation\n
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000. This salary range is not a guarantee of compensation. The offered salary will be based on factors including relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and applicable contractual requirements. *Compensation may fall outside this range when appropriate.
