Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements from key stakeholders
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for technical improvement and optimization
- Develop detailed use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to drive alignment and consensus
- Support UAT planning, test case development, and defect tracking and resolution
- Translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong technical background
- Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and system integration
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data and create reports using SQL or similar tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification preferred
