Senior Technical Business Lead - Application Development

This position is a Senior Technical Business Lead dedicated to application development and management. The role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within relevant organizations. The candidate will work directly with the Section Manager to solve IT business solution needs and problems.

The organization is seeking a Senior Technical Business Lead with strong communication skills and expert knowledge of the Application Development lifecycle, as well as experience in DevOps. This position plays a crucial role in aligning business needs with technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily stand-ups with the development team.
• Work directly with Section Management to solve IT Business solution needs and problems.
• Collaborate with the Application team to identify and fix technical problems.
• Lead Incident Management & Change Management for the Application support team.
• Provide weekly status updates on development team projects, tasks, and initiatives.
• Manage application inventory, support documentation, and organization of the application portfolio.
• Review specification business requirements and collaborate with the team on development level of effort estimations for requirements.
• Involved in adopting COTS products.

Additional Information:

This position is 40 hours per week and features first-round interviews via Teams. Candidates must present a valid photo ID during the interview process. This is a hybrid position requiring presence at the headquarters at least 2-3 times a week.
