Senior Technical Designer -Production
THE ROLE
Our client is hiring a Senior Technical Designer to own the technical execution for all Women's styles in production — partnering directly with Design and Merchandising to make sure every garment fits, functions, and reflects our brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain tech packs — measurements, construction, grading — in Excel and our PLM system
- Lead fit sessions on live model and communicate corrections to overseas vendors with clear written direction and imagery
- Manage styles independently from dev pass-off through PP approval and production
- Work with PD to track samples; flag delays and keep cross-functional teams informed
- Partner with Design to ensure fit intent and construction are aligned
- Identify quality, construction, or costing risks early and provide solutions
- Mentor and support junior TD/interns on the team
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of technical design experience, with a strong focus in Women's apparel
- Extensive knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and pattern-making
- Experience moving styles through the full production cycle, start to finish
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and PLM tools (Vault knowledge a plus)
- Clear, confident communicator — with vendors, with design, and across the business
- Highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage a high volume of styles across seasons
