We seek a technically adept professional with extensive experience in IBM BPM/IBM Business Automation Workflow, Java, and JavaScript who also has a management flair. Your Role:

• Collaborate with product owners, business users, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and devise elegant solution designs adhering to best practices.
• Generate high-quality outputs/artifacts that align with the squad’s working agreements and definition of done.
• Serve as a senior technical member, contributing to development, guiding the team, and ensuring diligent code reviews to maintain quality.
• Learn other functional areas within the squad for shared ownership and resilience.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, support teams, and technical SMEs throughout the application development and delivery process.

Talent Needed for Success:

• 9+ years of solid experience in Business Automation workflow tools (e.g., IBM Business Automation Workflow, UiPath, Appian).
• Proficiency in database skills and full-stack development (Javascript/Spring Boot/Angular/React JS/Java, etc.).
• Experience with cloud/container-based hosting platforms.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms.
• Practical communication skills, capable of clear and concise explanations within and across squads.
