The Boeing Information Technology Network Infrastructure Services Team is currently looking for a **Senior Technical Integrator** to join our global team in Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; or North Charleston, SC. The selected candidate will focus on integration and support of enterprise revenue generation transformation initiatives. They will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with Information Technology (IT) business partners and stakeholders to implement and maintain network systems enabling the business to meet their organizational and program goals. In addition, the candidate will lead and execute Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) integration efforts across network infrastructure to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection. **Position Responsibilities:** + Lead integration and support of enterprise revenue generation transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on AI and ML-driven enhancements to network systems + Act as the senior technical liaison to IT business partners and stakeholders, defining AI/ML strategies that align network capabilities with organizational and program goals + Collaborate closely with data scientists, network designers, and security teams to operationalize models, ensure reproducibility, and maintain model performance in production environments + Develop comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and training materials for IT partners to adopt and operate AI-enabled network capabilities + Drive vendor and partner engagements for AI/ML products and managed services; lead proof-of-concept efforts and production readiness evaluations + Stay current with emerging AI/ML and networking trends; recommend strategic investments and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain competitive advantage + Work across cross-functional teams for development and publishing to ensure effective program management and service portfolio delivery commitments + Determine, deploy and contribute to a common report-out framework that facilitates organizational requirements to capture and publish all manner of metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), and statistical analysis to manage and run the business + Exercise critical thinking and innovative problem solving + Develop and manage portfolio strategies that align to current Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) and enterprise goals **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 10+ years of experience in Project Management and/or technical integration + 10+ years of experience managing and/or leading network operations in a complex environment **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor's degree or higher + Project Management Certification + Experience driving a culture of can-do attitude and innovation **Conflict of Interest:** Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies. **Pay & Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
