The Senior Technical Lead is a pivotal role within our development team, responsible for managing technology in complex projects. 1. Provide Technical Leadership By Guiding The Development Team In .Net Technologies, Enhancing Their Skills In C# And Sql Server To Improve Overall Productivity And Output Quality.
2. Conduct Thorough Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards While Optimizing Application Performance.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Providing Insights On Feasibility Studies, Technical Alternatives, And Risk Assessments.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure To Risks And Facilitate Timely Resolution Of Escalations.
Skill Requirements
