This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in aligning IT systems with business processes, including 5 years in a leadership capacity, and a Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering (experience may substitute education).
Desirable qualifications include Cisco CCNP, Aruba ACEP, CWNA, Ekahau ECSE certifications, and experience with construction or fire code compliance.
The candidate will manage and deploy core network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, security tools), analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement network enhancements. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, hardware/software upgrades, security compliance, documentation, and system monitoring.
They will also develop automation scripts, plan large network changes, ensure high availability, and mentor junior staff. Continuous learning through industry updates and certifications is encouraged.
