This position is responsible for building strong business understanding and relationships to enable the delivery of technology solutions that deliver the intended business value in the spirit of the Agile Scrum Methodology. The Senior Technical Product Engineer's primary responsibilities are to process a solid technical understanding of the product which will allow prioritization of features according to business value along and the ability to write detailed user stories that are ready for development when added to the backlog. The Senior Technical Product Engineer will also participate in Sprint ceremonies like Inception, Future State, Alignment, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, User Story Refinement. It is important that they also establish and maintain effective partnerships with the Business and IT product teams.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills to transform data into insights, distill requirements, and develop processes. They will also be able to define clear, easy-to-digest metrics that resonate with the business. While a deep knowledge of Crew products and applications is not necessary, previous experience will be a plus. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, business maturity, and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
5+ years of hands-on experience as a product manager or product owner or equivalent.
Must have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication, and facilitation skills.
Strong written, oral communication, and social skills
Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production.
Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.
Solid Understanding of Agile/SDLC development methodologies
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
