Senior Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Autonomous Systems unit and help turn our vision into reality: building a comprehensive solution for managing autonomous aerial vehicles.

Our work involves cutting-edge technologies and algorithms, addressing unique challenges such as autonomous navigation, mission planning, command & control frameworks, and sensor integration. You will play a key role in orchestrating these multidisciplinary elements into a unified, high-performance solution.

Responsibilities

• Define product specifications: Analyze use cases, functional and technical requirements, and create detailed documentation to guide development and integration
• Drive cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Technical Project Managers, R&D, Integration, and QA to ensure smooth development, testing (lab and field), and deployment of our product at customer sites
• Ensure seamless hardware-software integration: Analyze and align sensor and platform specifications with in-house software to create a cohesive, fully functional product
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps: Participate in strategic planning, define long-term objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Conduct market research: Analyze industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product strategy
• Engage with users: Gather insights at various stages of development to validate features and enhance usability
• Communicate product vision: Present key functionalities to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
• 3+ years in a technical product management, system engineering, or similar role (preferably in drones industry, UGVs or autonomous systems)
• Experience in multi-disciplinary systems that integrate software with platforms and sensors
• Proven ability to create design documents and product requirement documents (PRDs)
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Proven experience in product management with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, roadmap development, and cross-functional leadership beyond just feature execution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience with command & control solutions - Advantage
• Background in robotics, aviation, navigation, aerial dynamics, or simulation - Advantage
