AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we"re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain-and we"re looking for talented people who want to help.
You"ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You"ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you"ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to lead Product Program Management across our global rack integration network. In this critical role, you will serve as the single-threaded product leader overseeing the Product value stream, from early-stage hardware development and design validation through volume manufacturing, logistics, and final customer fulfillment. You will act as the central orchestrator who drives end-to-end coordination across manufacturing engineering, supply chain, procurement, quality, NPI, logistics and global contract manufacturing partners (CM/OEM/ODM) to ensure racks and servers are delivered on plan to AWS data centers worldwide, exceeding customer expectations.
The Senior TIPM is a high-visibility position that requires you to think and operate as product/program integration manager. You will be responsible for establishing scalable mechanisms that provide transparency into production health, factory capacity, best practices, material and supply chain fulfillment, logistics support, proactively identifying and mitigating risks across the supply network, and making high-judgment trade-off decisions that balance capacity, cost, speed, and quality at scale.
As the primary interface between manufacturing operations and AWS senior leadership (Directors, VPs, and SVPs), you will own the narrative on production performance to plan, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights. You will drive direction that improves manufacturing agility, reduce cycle times, and enable AWS to scale infrastructure delivery ahead of customer demand. The ideal candidate combines deep technical acumen in hardware manufacturing and supply chain operations with strong business judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter
