Senior Technical Program Leader (Embedded Systems)

Prestige Personnel, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Leader (Embedded Systems) to lead coordinated execution for an upcoming long-term contract.

What You Will Do

• Lead integrated release planning, sequencing, and cross‑program coordination across the program and associated EOIR activities.
• Govern architectural stability through variation‑point management and prevent destabilizing changes across shared baselines.
• Drive product‑family Agile/DevOps execution including PI planning, Scrum‑of‑Scrums, backlog harmonization, dependency tracking, and release readiness.
• Communicate release posture, execution risk, and dependency status to program leadership and customers.
• Ensure alignment in technical scope, schedule commitments, and capability delivery across the project and adjacent engineering efforts.
• Collaborate extensively with Systems, Firmware, Integration & Verification, Architecture, and cross‑discipline engineering teams.

•  Must Haves:

  • Minimum experience: 15+ years of engineering experience with leadership in multi‑program or embedded sensor environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM.
  • Experience with Government Reference Architecture (GRA) or other modern open-architecture standards.
  • Experience in complex sensor development (EOIR preferred).
  • Experience in at least three of the following: real‑time embedded software, leading large teams, embedded OS, GPU processing, software architecture, signal processing, system analysis.
  • Experience with C, C++, Python, or object‑oriented languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate execution across multi‑team or multi‑program environments.
  • Must have an Active Secret clearance. Candidates that do not have a Secret clearance will not be considered at this time.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

  Pay is DOE- $220,000-$260,000

  Relocation to McKinney, Texas will be considered for highly qualified candidates.
