Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex engineering programs, ensuring alignment with business strategies while managing risks and dependencies. This role involves a deep technical understanding of the projects, guiding AI feature development through its full life cycle, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration and communication. The candidate will drive operational excellence by refining processes and leading organizational change initiatives, aiming for improved velocity and outcomes in a high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies across multiple teams.
- Serve as a central source for program status, navigating through competing priorities and tight timelines.
- Enhance cross-functional communication and collaboration, addressing and resolving interdependencies and obstacles.
- Drive continuous process improvements while maintaining alignment with the long-term architectural requirements and business goals.
- Direct a coalition of cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless execution of the overarching program plans.
Must-Have Skills:- Exceptional skills in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively across various levels of stakeholders.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary technology projects.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in software development or engineering-focused organizations is highly advantageous.
