Senior Technical Program Manager

Introduction

The Senior Technical Program Manager role involves leading complex enterprise platforms, multi-workstream implementations, and large-scale business transformations. The position requires establishing governance, aligning stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to execute critical initiatives from strategy through production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving structure, accountability, and measurable operational and financial results across technology and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in IT
• 5 years of experience in Program Management
• Expertise in Project Management
• Proficiency in Product Development, Agile Software Development, API, Business Process Improvement, Business Risk Management, Business Strategy, Business Transformation, Program Management, Jira, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PMO
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and define project/program scope, goals, and deliverables for technology application development and implementation
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams and technology vendors
• Facilitate development efforts by creating and monitoring an efficient process between internal teams and external technology providers
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders across multiple organizations/teams with quantitative measurements
• Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and resources
• Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting for presentations and reviews
• Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely project/program completion
• Manage technology product goals and forecasts, collaborating with technical development teams to translate long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap
• Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile and waterfall
