Responsibilities include managing project triage and prioritization, coordinating stakeholders, mitigating risks, and driving efficiencies across engineering teams.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of managing enterprise engineering programs, strong architecture knowledge, experience with broadcast/media infrastructure, cloud/on-premise systems, and Agile methodologies.
Must possess excellent relationship-building skills, experience with automation/AI tools, and be able to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
The position offers a salary range of $134,100–$169,000, with potential incentives, and emphasizes fostering a respectful, inclusive work environment.
