- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports to monitor program performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze operational and transactional data to identify trends, solve complex business problems, and provide actionable insights.
- Communicate project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks throughout the program lifecycle.
- Support payment platforms, customer checkout flows, payment gateways, billing systems, fraud prevention processes, and digital wallet integrations.
