The Senior Technical Project Manager oversees multiple engineering projects related to autonomous UAV technologies within the Program Management Office (PMO).
Responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations; coordinating activities across teams; managing configuration and quality assurance; tracking progress and expenditures; and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3-5 years in aerospace, robotics, or software, strong communication skills, and experience with R&D, DoD projects, or product commercialization. PMP or related certifications are a plus. Knowledge of Systems Engineering and proficiency in Microsoft Project or Google Suite are preferred. US citizenship is required.
