Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs supporting supply chain, logistics, and product lifecycle systems. Drives end-to-end execution, ensuring delivery of complex initiatives that enable operational continuity and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-workstream technology programs with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Own end-to-end program execution including planning, scheduling, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
  • Deliver enterprise systems supporting distribution centers, logistics operations, transportation, and retail networks.
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, transportation, real estate, and operations teams to align execution plans.
  • Manage delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Track and communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies in critical environments.
  • Drive cost optimization, automation, and modernization initiatives.
  • Maintain program governance using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise PM platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.
  • Strong execution capabilities in planning, forecasting, and risk/issue management.
  • Experience with supply chain and logistics systems (WMS, OMS, Inventory Management, PLM).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and business units.
