Be Part Of A High-Performing Team
Join a technology organization delivering emerging and business-critical initiatives that require disciplined project leadership, strong judgment, and consistent execution. This team is looking for a Project Manager who can take an initiative from an initial scope, identify the people and dependencies required, create a realistic delivery plan, and actively drive the team toward successful completion.
This is not a project-administration position. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business teams, challenge assumptions when needed, identify risks early, and keep stakeholders accountable throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Onsite presence in Chelmsford 3–4 days per week.
- Opportunity to lead projects where strong project-management fundamentals and critical thinking have a direct impact on delivery success.

- Challenge unrealistic assumptions, identify gaps, and proactively resolve issues before they affect delivery.
- Maintain clear visibility into project health while focusing on outcomes rather than simply reporting status.
