About The Role:
Were looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers. Youll sit at the center of every new deployment - orchestrating the work between customers and Laurels implementation engineers, keeping projects on track, and ensuring every go-live is high quality, not just on time.
This role is for someone who is equally comfortable in a kickoff call with a customers executive team and a technical deep-dive with an engineer. You translate complexity into clarity, manage competing priorities without losing momentum, and treat Time to Value as a guiding metric - never at the expense of the customer experience.
