Job Summary
Overlake Medical Center is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of complex workforce management and timekeeping initiatives, with a primary focus on UKG Dimensions configuration, optimization, and integration with Workday HCM and Payroll. We're looking for someone who understands timekeeping and workforce management systems, payroll processes, system integrations and healthcare labor compliance requirements.
If select, you'll drive end-to-end compliance initiatives in a healthcare environment, spanning system configuration, policy alignment, operational processes, and payroll impacts. You'll be accountable for coordinating and delivering solutions across both technical and functional domains, ensuring that regulatory and business requirements are implemented accurately, consistently, and sustainably.
The role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Compliance, Labor Relations, Nursing Operations, and IT to ensure alignment across systems, policies, payroll processes, and operational workflows, supporting compliance with FLSA requirements, Washington State labor laws, and collective bargaining agreements, while minimizing operational disruption and maintaining system stability.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. (Candidates who are not certified must become certified within one year of their hire date.)
Minimum of 8 years of experience with complex technical projects.
Demonstrated experience with UKG Dimensions (Kronos Workforce Dimensions) configuration or enhancement initiatives.
Workday HCM and Payroll integrations.
Experience leading cross-functional compliance or regulatory projects.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
