Senior Technical Recruiter (Data Centers)

Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Contract to Perm (6-9 months estimated contract duration) Technical Recruiter (Data Center Engineering/Technical/Management Roles) for our engineering client with HQ in Texas.

This role is based in the office located in North Dallasor DT Fort Worth with 5% domestic travel as needed.

We are looking for a self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a remote-based environment. Must have experience recruiting for technical data center roles.

Job Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt technical openings (Engineering, Operations, Project Management)
• Actively source resumes and help assess candidates
• Screen candidates by phone, video or in person
• Schedule candidate interviews with department managers, staff, human resources and senior leaders
• Maintain interview and hiring records
• Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees
• Work with human resources and other departments for new hire training and orientation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ related experience in technical recruiting
• Experience placing technical and management roles in Data Center Construction and Design required
• Experience in project management, engineering and related roles required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding HR matters
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team

CONTRACT HOURLY RATE OF $45 - $50 PER HOUR (1099 BASIS) DOE PLUS OT
