This position will work hybrid out of the Dayton Area reporting to HQ Corporate in McLean, VA.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with the Credence Hiring team to identify immediate and future staffing needs, job duties and requirements.Must have demonstrated experience developing targeted recruitment strategies using a variety of resources in order to identify and develop candidates for hiring needs of organization.Post job advertisements, utilize social media resources to network available opportunities and build candidate pipelines, attend job fairs, and maintain applicant tracking system with documentation on all candidates and candidate sourcing.Review and screen online job applications, utilize various databases to source and review resumes, identify potentially qualified candidates, initiate contact with and interview interested candidates, send suitable matches to hiring managers.Provide strategic support to the business development/capture efforts by identifying candidates and companies supporting specific programs or customers.Provide support to proposal efforts by engaging with targeted candidates to determine qualifications and obtain required documentation, as well as providing pricing realism for execution and delivery post‑award.QualificationsBachelor's degree is required. At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience recruiting for IT‑focused positions and skill sets, to include, but not limited to:UI/UX DevelopersAI/ML and Data Scientists/EngineersDevSecOps DevelopersServiceNow DevelopersFront End Java DevelopersCloud Network EngineersSolution Data ArchitectSr. Software EngineersCybersecurity EngineersMust have demonstrated experience recruiting for security clearance positions within the DoD, Intel and Civilian Federal contracting environment.Experienced with MS Office Suite of applications.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.Knowledgeable of DoD security clearance requirements.
