We"re building a fully integrated energy company: developing our own solar, batteries and other generation projects, building our own hardware, improving and developing grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, using AI across the business, and installing distributed energy in homes. By selling directly to consumers we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers.

We"re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across engineering, hardware, AI, and quant. You"ll own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse"s ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across software engineering, artificial intelligence, trading and data science/quant from high-growth tech companies, trading firms, hedge funds and other elite technical organisations
• Screen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fit
• Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs and ensure seamless candidate experiences
• Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines
