Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Semiconductor Industry
Location: [Location / Remote / Hybrid]

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in the semiconductor industry to identify, attract, and hire top engineering and technical talent. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for RTL Design, Emulation, IC design, ASIC/SoC development, verification, physical design, embedded software, firmware, manufacturing, and other semiconductor-related roles. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to develop effective recruiting strategies and build a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for semiconductor and engineering positions. In the hardware, software embedded roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and organizational needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles including:
    • ASIC Design Engineers
    • RTL Design Engineers
    • SoC Architects
    • Verification Engineers
    • Physical Design Engineers
    • FPGA Engineers
    • Embedded Software/Firmware Engineers
    • DFT Engineers
    • Analog/Mixed-Signal Engineers
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS systems, job boards, referrals, and networking events to identify qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and assist with offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and university recruiting programs.
  • Stay informed about semiconductor market trends, talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven success recruiting highly specialized engineering positions.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor development processes and technologies.
  • Experience recruiting for areas such as:
    • ASIC/SoC Design
    • RTL Design
    • Verification (UVM/SystemVerilog)
    • Physical Design
    • Analog/Mixed-Signal Design
    • Embedded Systems
    • Semiconductor Manufacturing
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for startups, fabless semiconductor companies, or EDA organizations.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor tools and technologies such as:
    • Verilog/SystemVerilog
    • UVM
    • VHDL
    • Cadence
    • Synopsys
    • Siemens EDA (Mentor Graphics)
    • FPGA Development
    • AI/ML Hardware
