We are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Representative based in Houston, TX, with approximately 30% travel.
This role involves managing and expanding relationships with OEMs, EPC firms, and industrial end users in heavy industrial sectors such as power generation, petrochemical, and data centers. The candidate will conduct technical sales focused on engineered cooling solutions, handling long sales cycles, and engaging with engineers and decision-makers.
Ideal candidates have 5 years of industrial sales experience with engineered products like cooling towers, heat exchangers, or similar equipment, and experience selling into large industrial markets and EPC firms. Strong mechanical understanding, relationship skills, and professionalism are essential.
Compensation includes a base salary up to $150,000, performance bonuses of 15-25%, and full benefits. The role requires strong communication, confidence, and the ability to travel.
