Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist – Oracle Fusion HCM / PeopleSoft ERP

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Specialist to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application support and development services. The consultant will support the migration and upgrade of legacy Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financials, and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications to Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion HCM environments, experience supporting ERP implementations, and the ability to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide development and technical support for ERP system enhancements, features, and functionality requests.
• Collaborate with ERP teams and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement technical improvements.
• Support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation activities, including design reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production validation.
• Provide technical expertise for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and related ERP applications.
• Review and validate application fixes and enhancements deployed across test and production environments.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and technical documentation.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for complex development activities, system functionality, and incident resolution.
• Document technical processes, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
• Collaborate with implementation vendors and internal teams to ensure business requirements are successfully delivered.

 
Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting Oracle PeopleSoft ERP applications, including HCM, FSCM, and EPM modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, particularly Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP application development, customization, and support processes.
• Experience with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft technical development.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with system testing, production support, defect resolution, and incident management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams.

 
Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS migration projects.
• Experience working with ERP implementation vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Oracle integrations, reporting, and application security.
• Experience providing technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

 
Responsibilities Deliverables

• Deliver ongoing ERP development support for requested features and functionality.
• Assist with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and PeopleSoft application support activities.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to ERP teams.
