Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building complex cable assemblies, test boxes, and test systems for the aviation industry.
Experience with military specifications and AS9100 environments.
Experience with MIL-spec and Hypertronics connectors.
Proficient with tools, testing equipment, soldering, and crimping equipment (hand, electric, and pneumatic).
Ability to review and edit engineering schematics and wire lists.
Knowledge of Minnesota State Electrical Codes and statutes sufficient to pass inspection.
Familiarity with high-voltage and high-pressure equipment.
Strong communication and mentorship skills.
Strong understanding of electronics, electrical design, and safety.
Familiarity with CAD modeling software, preferably SolidWorks or Creo.
Hands-on approach with curiosity about system interactions and functionality.
Familiarity with avionics buses including:
MIL-STD-1553
ARINC
CAN
RS485
RS232
IEEE 1394
Familiarity with ALM JIRA project management (Agile).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and adapt to changing business needs.
