Role summary:
The Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance, ensures the safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities through routine preventive maintenance and timely repairs. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing major and minor repairs, and overseeing less-experienced associates. The position requires managing maintenance schedules, coordinating contractors, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Senior Technician also provides hands-on training, evaluates skill development, and supports continuous improvement efforts to uphold quality and operational excellence across Walmart facilities.

The Facilities Management HVACR team oversees maintenance and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems across company sites. They provide technical expertise, training, and troubleshooting to maintain system performance while adhering to safety and environmental standards. The team manages parts inventory and collaborates with stakeholders to implement improvements and special projects. The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
