How you'll make an impact:

  • Configure, deploy, and manage desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals using established imaging and deployment processes
  • Provide day-to-day IT support (moves, adds, changes) for end-user devices and related hardware, including VOIP phones and A/V equipment (as applicable)
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices (Tier 1/2 support)
  • Educate and support users through hands-on training and guidance on hardware, software, and enterprise systems
  • Execute lifecycle upgrades, device refreshes, and assigned IT projects
  • Manage and prioritize service requests and incident tickets, ensuring timely updates and documentation of work performed
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for procurement, warranties, and project support as needed
  • Provide cost visibility for service requests and adhere to approval processes
  • Support mobile devices and tablets to meet business and operational needs
  • Manage network port connections to ensure point-of-use connectivity
  • Assist with Help Desk support as needed
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking, including physical inventory and system records
  • Perform other incidental duties as assigned

What you'll need (Required):

H.S. Diploma plus three years of IT hardware/software support experience

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Experience managing users and devices through Active Directory
  • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook/O365)
  • Ability to diagnose and repair IT hardware and software (e.g., desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, IP phones)
  • Experience with PC imaging and device deployment processes
  • Familiarity with Help Desk ticketing systems for managing and documenting service requests
  • Experience supporting VPN and authentication tools (e.g., MobilePASS or similar solutions)
  • Cisco IP phone configuration and support experience preferred
  • Strong cable management and workspace organization skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills with a professional, user-focused approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Jamf Pro, Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician) preferred
  • Experience working with enterprise systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory, Office365, VPN tools)
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with internal users and external vendors
  • Commitment to following company policies, including Environmental Health & Safety requirements

For California, the base pay range for this position is $53,000 - 75,000 (highly experienced).
