You will work across a diverse technology ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft CoPilot and Power Platform, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Active Directory, Zscaler, SQL, Salesforce, NetSuite, GTM systems, marketing platforms, Intune, and Jamf, ensuring secure and seamless integration across platforms.

  • Establish governance processes for technology adoption and lifecycle management.
  • Apply architectural standards consistently across the application lifecycle.

Solution Design & Integration

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Oversee integration of applications, data, and infrastructure across hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises).

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to improve efficiency and security.
  • Enable safe adoption of Data and AI capabilities, applying privacy and AI governance principles.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises) and integration patterns.
  • Security & Compliance: Partner with Information Security to ensure architecture meets regulatory and security standards (e.g., GDPR, FedRAMP, ISO 27001). Embed security-by-design principles into all architectural decisions. Champion Zero Trust Architecture across the organization.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology strategy.
  • Mentor and support technical leads to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Prepare and support M&A activities, including technology due diligence and integration planning.

Requirements
