Senior Technology Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy multi-agent AI pipelines for legacy reverse engineering, code generation, testing, and migration validation.
• Lead modernization of COBOL/CICS/IMS, DB2, JCL, IBM MQ, and legacy applications to modern cloud-native platforms.
• Drive forward engineering using Java 21, Spring Boot 3.x, Angular/TypeScript, MongoDB, and OpenAPI 3.1.
• Architect agent workflows using Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Lang Chain/Lang Graph, AutoGen, or Crew AI.
• Own solution design, architecture decisions, technical reviews, and modernization delivery.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams and establish standards for AI-assisted development.
• Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Helm, and CI/CD.
• Ensure quality through automated testing, validation, observability, security, and human-in-the-loop review.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in technical leadership/solution design.
• Hands-on Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems / LLM APIs / Prompt Engineering / RAG experience.
• Strong COBOL, CICS, IMS, DB2, IBM MQ modernization experience.
• Deep Java 21, Spring Boot 3.x, MongoDB, Angular/TypeScript expertise.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform/Helm, CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of Strangler Fig, Anti-Corruption Layer, dual-write/dual-read, and zero-downtime migration patterns.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps, automated quality gates, and DevSecOps.
