Cooley is seeking a Senior Technology Learning & Adoption Training Specialist to join the Technology Client Services Department.
Position summary: Cooley Technology embraces a culture of customer service excellence and allmembers of the department are expected to move this agenda forward. To that end, the Technology Learning & Adoption Training Specialist is expected to recognize that the Cooley Technology department is a service organization first and foremost and will be evaluated on this requirement equal in importance to the technical or operational responsibilities outlined later in this document.
The Technology Learning & Adoption Training Specialist consults and partners with key stakeholders and peers to create, implement and deliver learning strategies that develop technology-related skills in order to enhance the firm's performance and efficiency. This role will work with peers on the Technology Learning & Adoption team, as well as other groups within the firm, to prioritize the Technology training workload and determine learning strategy. The Technology Learning & Adoption Training Specialist will assist in assembling learning and development materials into curricula and training programs that serve attorneys and business professionals. This role is also responsible for updating and curating current training materials and researching and finding new sources of ready-made training content. The Technology Learning & Adoption Training Specialist is responsible for delivering new hire training and other classes, in physical and virtual classroom environments, to all personnel.
A Technology Learning & Adoption Training Specialist has strong consultation skills, is an innovative problem solver, has the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities, works well with others and can establish credibility at all levels of the organization through communication, knowledge and professional presence. The expected hourly pay range for this position with a work schedule of 40 hours per week is $56.00 - $75.00 ($116,480.00 - $156,000.00 annually).
