Senior Technology Project Manager

Role Summary

T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Technology Project Manager in Owings Mills, MD to:

• Support strategic technology initiatives utilizing Waterfall, Lean, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Conduct a wide array of activities associated with planning and managing more complex technology projects; ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
• Coordinate business subject matter experts and engineers to ensure proper staffing and resources.
• Provide training and coaching to teams on applying Lean-Agile practices and principles to deliver platform and product value.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field, PLUS
• 5+ years of technical experience in the Financial Services industry.
• 5+ years of experience with Technology Project Management leading teams utilizing collaboration tools such as MSFT.
• 5+ years of experience with Lean-Agile methodology and principles (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges

Please review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity. $132,205.00 - $161,500.00 for the location of: Maryland

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
