Pay Rate: Up to $55.55 per hour
Position Summary
The Panther Group is seeking a Senior Technology Sourcing Recruiter to identify and engage talent across Cloud Engineering, Software Development, Data and Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, DevOps, and Architecture. This individual will partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to build talent pipelines and provide market insights that support current and future hiring needs.

The ideal candidate has at least eight years of technology sourcing and recruiting experience, advanced sourcing skills, and a strong track record of engaging passive candidates in competitive technical markets. Agency sourcing and recruiting experience is preferred.

This remote position is open to candidates located within the continental United States who can work Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology hiring needs.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates across a range of technical specialties.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Conduct talent mapping and research target companies, talent pools, and emerging technical skills.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring priorities and align sourcing strategies.
• Use advanced search techniques, social platforms, professional networks, referrals, and industry events to reach candidates.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess candidates’ technical backgrounds, career interests, and alignment with opportunities.
• Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and emerging skills.
• Track sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and pipeline progress.
• Evaluate sourcing tools and practices to improve talent identification.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of technology sourcing and recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing talent across several of the following areas: Cloud Engineering, Software Development, Data and Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, DevOps, and Architecture.
• Demonstrated success engaging passive candidates in competitive or niche technology markets.
• Strong skills in talent mapping, competitive research, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing analytics.
• Ability to advise hiring leaders using talent-market data and insights.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Agency sourcing and recruiting experience preferred.
