| Education | Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Mandatory ). At least five (5) years' experience as a technology trainer with proprietary and/or advanced off the shelf software (such as Microsoft teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, SharePoint, etc., applications). b. At least three (3) years' experience with developing technical documentation. | ||||||||
| Certifications (if required) | Preferred/a plus, not required for submission: familiarity or certification with the tools referenced (Camtasia, Articulate 360, Vyond) and/or an instructional design credential (e.g., ATD CPTD/CPLP). | ||||||||

| Work Hours | Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Resource must have flexibility to extend into evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays for deadlines/on-call support, with Contract Manager approval in advance; such extended coverage not to exceed 2,040 hours/year. Standard Client/Judiciary court holiday schedule applies. | ||||||||
