Sr. Test Analyst | Healthcare/Payer Domain
Location: Des Moines, IA – Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst with strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience and hands-on expertise in Playwright, TypeScript, UI/API automation, and database validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright & TypeScript
- Automate end-to-end business workflows for healthcare member portal applications
- Develop and execute UI and API automation test scripts
- Lead automation strategy, framework enhancements, and test coverage improvements
- Execute regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Perform cross-browser testing across Chromium, Edge, and Firefox
- Integrate automation suites with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and coordinate defect resolution
- Perform backend data validation using SQL and API validation techniques
- Review automation code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior automation engineers
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test strategy discussions
- Provide test execution reports, quality metrics, and status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with Onshore/Offshore QA, Development, and Business teams
Required Skills:
Strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience Knowledge of Members, Claims, Benefits, Eligibility, Enrollment, Providers & Authorizations Hands-on Playwright + TypeScript automation experience Strong UI & API test automation experience Experience integrating automation with CI/CD / GitHub Strong SQL/database testing experience; MongoDB is a plus Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
