This is a unique opportunity to be an integrable member of a team inventing new technologies in the health AI space to solve significant customer problems in health and wellness. Our emerging Health Tech organization within Amazon Devices & Services is looking for passionate, hard-working, and talented individuals to join our entrepreneurial, start-up environment to help invent the future.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own defining technical roadmaps, making high judgment technology and product tradeoffs, and delivering bar-raising customer experiences. Your work will directly influence how our AI solutions are delivered to users, transforming how individuals manage their daily health and long-term wellness goals. You will proactively drive business and system-level reviews, and align teams toward coherent technology strategies and effective engineering processes. You will effectively partner with all levels of leadership. You will influence organizational priorities, system owners, business, and technology direction.

Key job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with science and engineering teams to define near term and long-term product roadmap
  • Make tradeoffs while balancing business needs with technical constraints
  • Transform high-level business strategies into clear, actionable technical roadmaps that inspire and align multiple organizations
  • Create clarity, eliminate obstacles, and drive issue resolution to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to ensure delivery mechanisms get better over time
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks before they impact deliverables through strategic planning and proactive problem-solving
  • Serve as trusted advisor to leadership, science, and engineering teams
