Position Description
Seattle City Light is seeking a Senior Training & Education Coordinator to join the Workforce Education and Engagement team within the Employee Development, Equity, and Belonging Division of the People and Culture Business Unit. In this role, you will help shape the learning experience of our workforce by designing, coordinating, and delivering high-impact safety training learning experiences.
You will collaborate closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and teams across the utility and other City departments to ensure our training efforts align with organizational needs and support employee growth. This position plays a key role in driving professional development initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
This role requires the ability to work onsite a minimum of three (3) days per week and to thrive in open, collaborative work environments. Required QualificationsIn addition to the skills and experience mentioned, a successful applicant will have experience that reflects a commitment to creating fair and equitable outcomes and has: Experience: Three years professional experience in adult training/education administration, training project management, and/or educational consulting. Education: Bachelors Degree in Education, Social Science, Business or Public Administration, or a related field (Other combinations of education, training and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis for comparability).License: Requires a State of Washington drivers license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.Desired Qualifications - You will be successful if you have the following experience, skills, and abilities:

The full salary range for this position is $47.39 to $55.19 per hour.
