This Department of War enterprise data and analytics program delivers mission-critical capabilities that enable leaders across the Department to make faster, better-informed decisions using trusted data at scale. Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced Senior Training Lead to support the delivery, enhancement, and adoption of enterprise data and analytics products used across multiple DoD organizations.

In this role, you will work alongside government partners, engineers, and other industry teammates to translate operational and strategic requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions. You will contribute directly to product planning, execution, and continuous improvementhelping ensure capabilities are delivered efficiently, aligned to mission priorities, and positioned for sustained success.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility, enterprise program at the intersection of data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain training and enablement programs for WDP users and stakeholders .

  • Develop role-based training materials including documentation, presentations, tutorials, and videos.

  • Deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person) to support onboarding and ongoing user enablement.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and customer success teams to ensure training aligns with platform capabilities and updates.

  • Maintain and update training content to reflect system changes, new features, and evolving user needs.

  • Support development and maintenance of training repositories and knowledge platforms.

  • Collect and analyze user feedback and training metrics to improve effectiveness and adoption.

  • Ensure training materials align with accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508 compliance).

  • Support development of user guides, job aids, and quick reference materials.

  • Coordinate training schedules, sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.

  • Provide recommendations to improve training processes, tools, and methodologies.

  • Support integration of training activities into program execution cycles and stakeholder engagement efforts.

  • Participate in SAFe ceremonies as needed to align training with Agile delivery cycles.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Business, or related discipline and 812 years of relevant experience OR Masters degree in a related field and 610 years of relevant experience.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in training program management, instructional design, or a related field.

  • Experience designing and delivering training programs in enterprise or technical environments.

  • Experience developing training materials and instructional content.

  • Experience facilitating training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Proven experience in leading training programs and managing instructional design teams.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

  • Ability to collect and analyze training metrics and customer feedback.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

  • Experience supporting DoD or Federal programs.

  • Experience supporting training for data platforms, analytics tools, or AI/ML systems.

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or training platforms.

  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe environments.

  • Certifications in instructional design or training (e.g., ATD, CPTD, or equivalent).

  • Knowledge of Service Portfolio Management and Service Catalog Management.

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management and Customer Success Operations.

  • Strong project management skills and experience with agile methodologies.

  • Certifications in instructional design or project management (e.g., PMP, CPLP).
