    Senior Transactional Attorney | Business Law & Commercial Contracts
    Our client, a respected law firm serving businesses and entrepreneurs, is seeking an experienced Senior Transactional Attorney to join its growing team.
    This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney who enjoys advising clients on business matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and delivering practical, solutions-oriented counsel in a collaborative environment.
    What You’ll Do
    • Advise clients on a broad range of business and transactional matters.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, corporate documents, and commercial agreements.
    • Provide strategic legal guidance aligned with client goals.
    • Conduct client consultations and maintain strong, responsive communication.
    • Work closely with clients and outside professionals as needed.
    • Manage matters independently with professionalism, efficiency, and sound judgment.
    What We’re Looking For
    • 5+ years of experience in transactional or business law.
    • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service.
    • Working knowledge of business structures, finance, and transaction fundamentals.
    • Proficiency with MS Office, timekeeping systems, and case management tools.
    Why This Role
    • Competitive salary of $140,000–$150,000 DOE.
