Senior Transactional Attorney | Business Law & Commercial Contracts
Our client, a respected law firm serving businesses and entrepreneurs, is seeking an experienced Senior Transactional Attorney to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney who enjoys advising clients on business matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and delivering practical, solutions-oriented counsel in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients on a broad range of business and transactional matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, corporate documents, and commercial agreements.
- Provide strategic legal guidance aligned with client goals.
- Conduct client consultations and maintain strong, responsive communication.
- Work closely with clients and outside professionals as needed.
- Manage matters independently with professionalism, efficiency, and sound judgment.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in transactional or business law.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service.
- Working knowledge of business structures, finance, and transaction fundamentals.
- Proficiency with MS Office, timekeeping systems, and case management tools.
