Impact Recruitment is currently searching for a highly motivated Senior Transportation Engineer to join our client's Transportation/Municipal Division in Fort Myers, Florida.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Serve as lead engineer for highway/transportation design (including horizontal and vertical alignments, cross sections, alternative analysis/design, and quantity calculations) and plan production.
  • Perform design calculations.
  • Prepare summary reports.
  • Organize scheduling of specific tasks and assignments.
  • Coordination with other disciplines and internal Project Managers.
  • Assist with proposal preparation and business development efforts.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Microstation and OpenRoads experience.
  • Experience as a PM or Task Manager on FDOT facilities.
  • 8+ years Experience. 
  • Local agency highway project design experience desirable.
