Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a results-driven **Senior Transportation Project Manager** to support the delivery of complex roadway and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who thrives in a project leadership capacity—guiding project execution, shaping teams, and building strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience in **urban and highway design** and brings a proven ability to lead projects from concept through delivery while ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead the **planning, design, and delivery** of transportation and roadway projects from inception through completion + Manage **project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources** to ensure successful and timely execution + Play an active role in **project team selection and coordination** , aligning the right technical expertise with project needs + Develop, review, and oversee **roadway design plans, specifications, and technical documentation** + Provide **technical leadership and problem-solving** throughout all phases of design and delivery + Serve as a key point of contact for clients, fostering strong **relationships and ongoing engagement** + Collaborate with **multidisciplinary teams** across engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery + Ensure compliance with **quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices** + Support **proposal development, scope definition, and cost estimating** **Qualifications** **Minimum:** + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field + 10 years of transportation roadway design or related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. + Professional Engineer (PE) license **Preferred:** + Experience in **transportation engineering and roadway design** + Experienced in managing **infrastructure projects** with increasing responsibility + Experience leading and coordinating teams of technical engineers + Experience with Florida DOT **highway design standards** + Experience in **project management of transportation projects.** + Experience in collaborating across teams and engaging with clients **Additional Information** + Relocation is an option for this position + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously. **_To support this commitment, all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment._** Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
