Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for developing a project plan for their phase of work.
Understands project information and is able to identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
Prepares their team to execute using defined planning processes.
Ensures their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
Communicates project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

Requirements And Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A minimum of five years of progressive experience in project execution with a large-scale self-performing general contractor or concrete contracting firm.
Demonstrated experience in self-performing concrete work is required.
Candidates should possess a diverse portfolio of project types, with a particular emphasis on commercial and industrial projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices is essential, along with experience managing projects valued at over $1 million.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive successful outcomes for projects.
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
Candidates must be willing to travel nationwide and be present on-site according to a rotating schedule during project builds, with the ability to accommodate extended stays as necessary.
