LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Treasury Analyst for a leading technology organization in Austin, Texas. This position is ideal for an analytical finance professional who enjoys managing cash flow, banking relationships, liquidity reporting, and financial forecasting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting treasury operations, cash management, financial analysis, and banking activities while partnering cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, and operational teams.

Location: Austin, TX

Work Schedule: Hybrid/Onsite

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and manage short-term liquidity requirements.

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and provide variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Assist with debt management, credit facility reporting, and covenant compliance.

• Coordinate banking activities, including account administration, wire transfers, and treasury system maintenance.

• Support month-end and quarter-end treasury reporting processes.

• Analyze working capital trends and recommend opportunities to improve cash efficiency.

• Partner with accounting and FP&A teams to ensure accurate cash reporting and forecasting.

• Assist with investment tracking, cash management strategies, and risk mitigation initiatives.

• Prepare reporting packages for treasury leadership and executive management.

• Support treasury-related audits and compliance requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.

• 4+ years of treasury, corporate finance, financial analysis, accounting, or banking experience.

• Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial reporting.

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and build financial models.

• Experience working within ERP systems and treasury management platforms.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate treasury experience within a technology, energy, infrastructure, data center, or publicly traded environment.

• Knowledge of debt financing, capital markets, or credit facilities.

• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation or progress toward certification preferred.

• Experience supporting growth-oriented organizations undergoing rapid expansion.
